A-1 Plumbing & Gas helped with our bathroom renovation. They were so helpful answering all of our questions and making sure that we were clear on the fixtures we selected. We were so happy that we hired them to install a whole home water filtration system, new water heater, and had them add a water line where an exterior bib was disconnected previously. They're the only plumbing company we trust!
My neighbor in Tall Oaks recommended A-1 Plumbing, I had some serious leaking issues and needed a repipe. From speaking with the owner (Jordan), his secretary Yocelyn and especially the fine work that Thomas, Caden, Walter and Ismael all performed was exemplary. They were all professional, punctual and very respectful. These gentlemen should be considered an asset to the business! I am very thankful for their efforts and highly recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing done! God bless... Mike Walsh Jr.
A-1 Plumbing came to our rescue when we thought we had exhausted all chances of restoring water to our condo complex over a weekend when all other plumbing companies said it couldn't be done! Unbelievable dedication and clearly knowledgeable about plumbing! And time of day did not matter - they showed up! Couldn't ask for better service and we will be hiring them again!
Over the weekend my son was repairing a leaky hose bib on the side of my house and he broke it so the water was pouring out constantly. A1 plumbing answered their phone on the weekend and had me scheduled the following morning by a wonderful tech named Brian. He was very professional and not only fixed the broken piece, but he also replaced my shut off and pipe. Highly recommend them they do a wonderful job and very responsive!! Two thumbs up for Ronin for taking the call.
I reached out to several plumbing companies to discuss a somewhat unique situation in replacing a 30-gallon electric hot water tank that sat below the HVAC air handler with a 40-gallon tank. I sent photos along with measurements indicating sufficient room to accommodate the height and width of a larger tank, also suggesting an on-site visit to confirm the space. Unfortunately, the companies contacted felt it was not necessary for the on-site visit and could only replace the current tank with the same dimensions and configuration of a 30-gallon tank. My HVAC contractor recommended contacting Ronin at A-1 Plumbing. Spoke with Ronin who took the information I shared with the other companies and reviewed it with Brian, one of his most seasoned installers who was vastly experienced in "unique" hot water heater installations. Brian believed it was doable to replace the 30-gallon tank with the larger 40-gallon tank and did an on-site assessment which confirmed his belief. On the morning of the installation Brian, along with an assistant, started the installation process at 8:30 and by 11:30 the installation of the larger 40-gallon tank was completed. No modifications to the space were required Brian's approach to resolving the space limitation was to install a hot water heater tank where all the supply lines/valves were located on the side of the tank versus the more common top connections. Additionally, rather than using the traditional braided steel water lines Brian, elected to "custom fit" the water supply lines using Uponor Pex tubing so upon installation the hot/cold supply lines would allow a 7-inch space away from the tank. Brian pointed out with the 7-inch gap/space accessing the main water turn off valve would now be much than easier than the old installation. Attached is a photo of the old 30-gallon tank and photos of the newly installed 40-gallon are photos. This was not a "cookie cutter" installation, but Brian's ingenuity, resourcefulness, knowledge and experience resulted in successfully installing a 40-gallon tank in the same location of the 30-gallon tank. I can only surmise that the previously contacted plumbing companies 1) were not aware of the side connections configuration, 2) only interested in "cookie cutter" installation and 3) did not have the requisite level of experience. For not for Brian, I may have very well settled for a 30-gallon tank the other plumbing companies were pushing. Many thanks to Ronin and the rest of the staff at A-1 Plumbing. Their effort and support certainly made for a great experience. The "FIVE STAR" review was certainly warranted and well earned.
