I had the opportunity to visit this office as a patient, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming, organized, and friendly. The clinical staff was equally exceptional-professional, attentive and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. It's clear this team truly cares about their patients experience. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I don’t know anyone who really enjoys going to the dentist. However my experience was wonderful. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. I am pleased with the services I’ve received and will continue to be a patient here for my future dental care.

★★☆☆☆ I was initially interested in moving forward with this practice, but my experience ultimately left me disappointed. I was specifically told that the estimate for my denture implant consultation would be free, yet I later received a $10 invoice. While the amount itself was insignificant, the issue was the inconsistency between what I was told and what actually occurred. More concerning was the estimate I received. After obtaining additional quotes, I found that the proposal presented to me was approximately $8,000 to $8,500 higher than competing estimates. Advanced Dental provided an estimate of approximately $20,000 for essentially the same treatment. In addition, the competing providers included a brand-new denture in their pricing, whereas my proposal involved reusing my existing denture. I paid the invoice because I do not want any outstanding balances associated with my name, but the combination of the billing discrepancy and the significant pricing disparity caused me to lose confidence and seek treatment elsewhere. The staff was courteous, which is why I am giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

CAUTION: 🚨 SCAM 🚨 I scheduled what I believed would be a routine cleaning. After the exam, I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $600 out of pocket. My insurance covered other services but did not cover any of the deep cleaning charges. When I declined the deep cleaning, I was told they would not perform a regular cleaning. I felt pressured into an expensive treatment plan and left very disappointed. I would encourage patients to ask for a detailed breakdown of costs and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to treatment.

Christina, dental hygienist is excellent. She completed mt dental hygiene visit and is knowledgeable, experienced and does excellent work. She ensures that her patients are well cared for and is understanding of our needs. She is fast yet careful. She cares.
