I would honestly give this spot a 6 out of 10, mostly because the view is immaculate. The rooftop area is a nice place to have good conversation, eat, and grab drinks. It wasn’t super crowded when I went around 7 PM, and I was able to find two chairs overlooking the view. However, the drinks were poor quality, and the food was extremely greasy. I’m not sure if I would come back, but if I do, it would only be because of the view and because it’s a nice area for a date.
I loved this place! I stopped by for a drink after a stressful work day and the staff was super friendly from the entrance all the way to the bartenders. The drinks were excellent, and the view was amazing—I was able to watch the sunset and absolutely loved it. The vibes are great, and they also offer valet parking for $25, which is really helpful when you don’t want to drive around looking for parking. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back!
This was a cool find. We came here to watch the sunset and the view was perfect. We were surprised it was free. The staff was friendly and we had a little snack and drink as we watched the sunset. You can also see petco park pretty good so if a game was going it would be a cool place to be.
Great experience at Altitude Sky Lounge. The view overlooking Petco Park is amazing, especially during a Padres game. You can see right into the stadium, and they also have the game playing on multiple screens around the lounge. Drinks were solid and the setup made it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The heaters throughout the space were a nice touch and kept it comfortable once it cooled down. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for the views and game day vibe.
Go to spot on SD. Beautiful rooftop views of downtown and the Petco park Can get busy on the weekends and might have lines to get in. Good music and service. More of the millennial age crowd!
