Car is dirty! Still has pollen all over the car, left the sticky backing from the tape on rear wiper, interior door edges dirty, bugs on front and spoiler not wiped down, mirror cover with bug and pollen, inner edge of wheel wells dirty! Paid $20 for mats and doors and interior with seats, areas not touched and all for $96!! Half a star!!!! What a rip off!!!!

Good morning I regularly bring my truck to your car wash, but today I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your staff members. He told me that there was trash in the back of my truck and that I needed to clean it myself before they could wash it. I was surprised by this, as I am paying for the service and the amount of dirt was minimal. As a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. This type of attitude does not reflect well on your business. As I was leaving, another employee approached me, asked what happened, and kindly offered to take care of it. That level of service is what customers appreciate and expect. I am a regular customer and spend money at your establishment, but if this kind of treatment continues, I will consider taking my business elsewhere. I hope you can address this issue and ensure all staff provide better customer service. Thank you for your attention.

Auto Spa Naples does a great job when it comes to washing cars—the quality of the wash itself is solid. However, the experience overall leaves much to be desired. Not even a rain guarantee on the day of the wash, this policy is unacceptable! First, they are very expensive for what they offer. While they don’t have a membership program, they do sell coupon books, but honestly, it’s not a great deal. The pricing structure feels high compared to what’s available in other markets. Another downside is their customer service. The staff can be a bit rude, which makes the experience less enjoyable. For what they charge, you’d expect a friendlier atmosphere. That said, the facility is very clean, which is a plus. In my opinion, Auto Spa Naples desperately needs a real competitor in the area. If they had one, they’d feel the pressure and likely have to improve their pricing and service. Unfortunately, as of now, they’re still the best option around—but that’s not saying much.

I brought my car in for a $30 wash specifically because it’s love bug season and the front of my vehicle needed attention. After arriving, I was told it would cost an additional $15 just to remove the bugs. That makes absolutely no sense for a professional car wash service. The entire purpose of bringing a dirty car to a car wash is to have it properly cleaned. Charging extra based on how dirty the car is defeats the purpose of the service altogether. It feels less like a full-service wash and more like a bait-and-switch: “We’ll wash your car, but not actually clean it unless you pay more.” Love bugs are a normal and expected part of driving in Florida during this season. Preparing to handle common road grime and bug residue should be part of a standard cleaning service — especially at a $30 price point. Instead, the business treats basic cleaning as an optional upgrade. This approach comes across as lazy, nickel-and-diming, and not aligned with what customers reasonably expect from a car wash. If removing common dirt and bugs requires an extra fee every time, then the advertised service isn’t really a cleaning service at all.

One star is too generous. They did a terrible job. I paid over $130 for an exterior wash, hand wax and interior cleaning that included washing floor mats and wipe down of complete interior. They didn’t even vacuum the back seat, only wiped down the dash and none of the seats. The guy that checked me in was rude and dismissive when I turned down the upsell to full interior/ exterior detail. I was looking for a basic exterior wash/wax and interior wipe down and vacuum, and paid extra for floor mats cleaning, but they couldn’t even do that. There are so many better places in Naples that will do a really good thorough job. This place was a waste of time and money and I highly recommend people go other elsewhere..
