I brought my nephew in for shortness of breath and leg pain. It was swollen and red. They did a CT scan and said it was just amfrom a hangover and sent him home. He was white as a ghost and having same symptoms so instead I took him to Baylor in Trophy Club. I've had numerous procedures and testing with no complaints. They also did a CT asked if he had any recent surgeries and then they ordered an ultrasound of his right leg. They Doctor came in after all of the testing and informed him ha has blood clots all the way up his leg and even in his lungs!!? How is it they didn't see the ones in his lungs? Now he has to be on blood thinners for who knows how long due to the fact there are so many. They are too busy hanging out and chatting to one another. I've also had a terrible experience. Went in with severe shortness of breath, I was on oxygen at the time. They said they couldn't do much to help me?!?! I asked if they could at least give me some breathing treatments. They noticed how my oxygen was low and that I need to see my dr the following day, I had pneumonia. February 2025 I went and was transported to the hospital as I had bronchitis, flu B and pneumonia. The doctor at Keller told me that for serious issues it's always best to go to an actual hospital. He said especially if bleeding as they do not have and blood on hand there.

If I could have given a 10 star review, I would have! The facility is very nice, clean, and comfy. Even the doctor was very attentive. They listened and heard what I needed, then acted. Four days later and I’m on my way home feeling 95% better than when I got here. Where most places don’t care, these people were amazing. They all made a great connection with me. The way I was treated, healed, and made to smile by the staff at BS&WKeller! I feel like they accepted me as part of their family with their personal attention and genuine concern for my health and me personally. I’m absolutely astounded by how my heart feels having to leave them behind. Truly. I will spread my story to everyone around me and always suggest them to see BS&WKeller. Thank you to all of you!! You know who you are!! Thank you BS&WKeller for hiring your beautiful staff. They definitely deserve a raise!!!

I spent the night at Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital and received outstanding care from both the night and morning shift teams. The night staff kept me comfortable, checked on me regularly, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. When the morning shift took over, the care stayed just as attentive and compassionate. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely focused on my well‑being. I’m grateful for the excellent treatment I received and appreciate how smoothly both teams worked together to make my stay as easy as possible.

The staff at Baylor Emergency Hospital Keller during our stay from Friday evening through Sunday noon (5/29-5/31) were great. They were kind and caring and very efficient. The few times we pressed the call button, the RN on duty came right away. The only negative thing for us was having the doctor visit online. It is more difficult to communicate and ask questions online, and we saw a different doctor each day,

My experience at this facility exceeded expectations and even raised the bar. From the receptionist, to every nurse and doctor that took care of me, made me feel a sense of safety and advocacy that I unfortunately have not experienced at other facilities. I was incredibly scared and felt defeated coming in, and by the time I left I was lightyears healthier, and even optimistic. Aside from doing their jobs with high standards, they took the time to show me kindness and compassion and would even try and make me laugh, which I needed. This is what healthcare is about to me. Thank you so much to all of the wonderful people I met here that saved my life.
