Mike the plumber is the best. He installed two new toilets and two years later helped me unclog one over the phone on a holiday by talking me through a process using no tools. Wow! Also reasonable rates.

Had issue with failed water heater. Mike the Plumber responded and was professional, thorough and clearly prides himself on providing quality work. It was an unexpected surprise and his rates were less than I expected. He then cleaned up and offered to educate on how to prevent issues and perform basic repairs without cost.

Voicemail says to call the same number listed on here for an “emergency” I’m on my 8th week of chemotherapy and my girls are sick and he wouldn’t even schedule an appt. gave me a “tip” in a grouchy voice which I already knew and it didn’t work (I appreciated the tip) not sure why someone wouldn’t take a call for help didn’t even say he was too busy at 9:00 am. Maybe if he actually came out I’d see he did good work but didn’t even offer to come out. Called someone else and it was an easy fix (and the company felt badly for me and did it free of charge) may be a good plumber but customer service....at least schedule me.

I needed help with a leaky toilet supply line on a Sunday when I called Bonita Springs Plumber, I got help over the phone using FaceTime to solve the problem! Great customer service.
