Just picked up my dog , Bear from Buster Happy Tails on Andrea lane in Fort Myers. I was out of town in Costa Rica and I got a call from the owner, Theresa. Bear was sick, not eating and blood in his stools. She took him to her vet two days in a row and they couldn’t find anything wrong. Gave him IV’s, X-rays, and nausea meds. Theresa was a very caring and attentive person. Her special care for the animals is outstanding. I couldn’t recommend her business enough. The pricing was incredible for his stay and was much cheaper than I was expecting. It you’re looking for a place to board or doggy daycare, I would highly recommend sending them here. I give them 10 stars.
I took my sweet little old lady here last week. She's been upset and I couldn't handle trying to unclog another drain after a bath along with my inability to trim her VERY long nails. The staff here is super nice. You can tell they love what they do the moment you contact them. They listened to exactly what my concerns were, they were so gentle with my pupper too. I won't be taking my little old lady anywhere else while we are still blessed with her.
The best day care/boarding I’ve ever been to. Staff is all friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. My dog comes back every time happy and healthy. I won’t be using anyone else but them!
My fur baby has been coming here for a few months now. We keep coming back for the friendly staff and peace of mind knowing our fur baby is happy and healthy! We love the daily photos and save them. It’s so nice to know she is having fun and making friends. The staff even knows our girl by name!
Went here for the first time today and was so impressed! Got my dog groomed and they did amazing! They were very communicative and overall had wonderful service! The groomer exceeded all expectations! They were able to provide me service day of, and were finished in an hour! Amazing staff, service and price!
