Hard on where to start on reviewing Complete Care in Winter Haven. I felt welcomed walking through them doors from the beginning. All the respectful girls working the floor in all aspects made me feel welcomed. They have the sweetest people working there and making sure your on point with your physical therapy and your appointments lol. They are Awesome. The doctors and Nurse practitioners are all great. Thank you all. 🙌
Exceptional customer service , fast and efficient. They work around your schedule. They focus on your needs and did I mention Exceptional Customer Care!! Viviana is our go to girl. She's informative and knows her stuff. She has excellent customer service and is very empathetic to our needs. Any questions and or concerns she is your girl. I must mention these girls as well because they all had outstanding work ethics, Let's start with Dixie, Noeliz and Kyara Thank you for your excellent service. You girls made this healing process pleasant, calming, informative and your kindness was exceptional. You all are well recommended for all persons that required such care and are in need of excellent interpersonal skills. This is the place to go for your physical healings.
Appointment was scheduled promptly and for the same day. Facility is easy to find, ample parking, easy to access, neat and clean. Staff is courteous and prompt. Dr. Rice was knowledgeable and throughly explained xrays and the next steps in the treatment process. I was very comfortable receiving care at this facility. I would definitely recommend them.
Complete Care Winter Haven was SO AMAZING. This was my first car accident and I had no idea what to expect. Their hours are great and flexible, especially if you work full-time! They were so welcoming, warm, and personable from the time my husband and I walked through the door. The doctors and staff were very attentive, LISTENED to us, and were determined to find the best care and treatment plan. They always met me where I was from day to day. I would recommend them 1000x over.
I have a great experience every time I come to complete care! All of the people are so nice! Emily and Madeline are amazing! They’re both so friendly and make the experience so easy and smooth. Dr. Rice is also great and explains everything making for a comfortable environment! Highly recommend!
