We had such an amazing experience at Creative Pet Parlor! They did an absolutely beautiful grooming job on our girl Rayven. From start to finish, the care and attention to detail really stood out. Not only did she come back looking clean, fresh, and perfectly groomed, but they even went the extra mile and painted her nails, such a cute and special touch! You can truly tell they care about the pets they work with and treat them like their own. Rayven looked so happy and confident when we picked her up. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality grooming with a personal touch!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the very first visit, I felt that my dog wasn’t just another appointment on the schedule — she was genuinely cared for. The team here treats her with so much love, patience, and respect that it truly makes a difference. My dog can be a little anxious at times, but they handle her with such calmness and understanding that she actually feels comfortable there. That, to me, says everything. You can tell they’re not just doing a job — they really care about what they do and about every pet that comes through their door. The level of professionalism is also outstanding. They are attentive, detail-oriented, and always take the time to listen to what I want, while also giving helpful suggestions based on their experience. The results are always beautiful — clean, well-groomed, and done with so much precision and care. What I appreciate the most is the genuine kindness. It’s not something you can fake. You feel it in the way they greet you, the way they talk to your pet, and the way they make sure everything is just right before you leave. I’m truly grateful to have found a place like this. I trust them completely with my dog, and that peace of mind is priceless. Highly, highly recommended.

Where to even begin. I have been bringing my Shih Tzu Bibi for over 10 years to Mindy and Cassie. They are some of the most beautiful human beings that fur babies could ask for. They always go above and beyond with their work. When it comes to even health concerns with the experience that Mindy has. She always gives the best advice. I am beyond grateful to have such amazing groomers that I can trust with my fur babies. Would not trade them for anything!

My Aqua have been coming to Creative Parlor since she was a baby and she loves going there. Ms. Casey has been doing her nails and she Loves her. Thank You for being so caring and loving with the puppies.
