I first of all want to say that the front desk staff is extremely welcoming and very polite. I went to Dr. Arora to help with my severe TMJD. I was in terrible pain when I came to her. I had mentioned to her I was waiting for my sleep test results. She charged me $975 for a TMJ splint. While is was being made I called back the office to advise I have severe sleep apnea. She told me to wear the splint and called in muscle relaxers as well. I wore it for 1 month and was in so much pain I had to go to the ER. I called the office and she said I could then get her $3K Panthera oral appliance to wear since my sleep apnea was making the TMJ worse. Keep in mind she doesn't accept insurance for the sleep appliance. I decided to go to another specialist because spending an additional 3K was ridiculous. I went with the other specialist and they advised me that I was in stage 5 of severe TMJ and that I also had a tear on each disc in my jaw. I was told the appliance she made as well as the mandibular device would make everything ten times worse. The panoramic she took didn't show any of this. I called back to get a refund and she wouldn't return my calls or even return my text messages. Very unprofessional and its all about the money with her!! I had another dental office who I had seen prior to her and they refunded me my $$ when their particular splint didn't work as well.

A lot to say about this office. Becky was really sweet and kind, with a great smile makes you feel welcome. Heeba was really sweet and good with taking the scan of my mouth, she knows what she doing. I went to see Dr Aurora for my TMJ Disfunction, she is very knowledgeable and understanding of the situation. She gave me a great overview of what causing this problem and what needs to be addressed and started the treatment process immediately. I’m so thankful for her and the staff who worked with her. Keep going , y’all amazing .

Came in with some TMJ issues and Dr. Arora has been such a huge help! She explained everything and even showed me issues I didn’t even see that was caused by my tmj. So far my treatment plan has been great and been improving day by day. Front desk is amazing as well. Becky is so kind and amazing!

Love this place! Was referred to by my dentist for jaw pain that I've been dealing with, and I'm very happy with the care I've been receiving and how attentive both the staff and Dr. Arora have been. The atmosphere is also incredibly clean and makes you feel a lot more at ease (coming from someone who HATES anything to do with the dentist). Thank you to Ruksana, Amlan and Dr. Arora!

Dr Samaa is an incredibly kind, thorough adn educational dentist - highly recommend! Reads your chart thoroughly beforehand and caters to your concerns. Will happily explain anything you have questions about from X-rays to technology. Facilities are very up to date, clean, and aesthetic. They also have a TMJ specialist who is a dentist with extra TMJ training that offers consultations. Well-integrated practice with wonderful people Would also recommend asking for Hiba for your dental cleaning! Very kind, patient and does a thorough job of cleaning your teeth! Parking lot available - near the old DMV! Receptionist Becky (I think it’s spelled) is also very kind and patient! Overall wonderful staff supporting patients no matter your background/insurance status!
