Would not go back with my doodle. Went in for a cut and she got shaved down completely, which is not the end of the world and fine at that. However, they did it half assed and just shaved her without any regard to her and her skin and now she is crying and scooting around to relieve her discomfort due to the razor burns. You can literally see the marks from the razor in different areas. I think I could have provided a better and safer cut with my eyes closed and hands tied behind my back. Would not and will not go back. Would provide picture but my dog is now hiding in the cage 24/7 scooting on any cold surface she can find lol. Lady at counter is nice.
New to the area and needed a new groomer in town. I took my dog and my cat and they did a lovely job! Both smelled divine and looked cute as can be. I’m very picky about the kind of cut on my Maltese but I think it’s been my favorite grooming so far! Service was very quick for both of my pets
DO NOT COME HERE. I am posting on behalf of a family friend who came here to get her dog groomed. This particular grooming appointment took longer than usual which was suspicious. The groomer very obviously chopped the dog’s ear off and tried to reattach it back on so that nobody would notice. The dog was taken to the vet where the ear fell off easily. The vet mentioned the dog could have bled to death. On top of that, this place NEVER mentioned the dog was bleeding or that anything occurred. I am DISGUSTED and outraged for her! This is not okay! Beware of this place! I will be telling all of my friend’s with dogs in Estero to steer clear of this place! Attached will be disturbing photos.
I called today last minute for Astro , and not only did they receive me it was quick and easy. I think they did an excellent job , and I feel they’re very transparent and affordable. Will be coming back.

They did a FANTASTIC job on my little pups,Krypto 🐶❤️❤️☺️😍Will definitely come here again!…..Update: As you can see in the recent pictures, Dipidy Dog took away my pup’s stains around his little face, all GONE!!!!!! He’s so white and clean now! Thank you Dipidy Dog, you are the BEST!!!!!
