This company responded to my message quickly and scheduled a timeframe for their tech to come over. I nneded an older home outdoor spigot repaired. This required chipping away the stucco and brick around the spigot. William called to let me know what his expected arrival time was within that timeframe. Exactly on time he was here. He looked at what I needed, gave me an acceptable quote for the work, and got started. He did such an awesome job and had such a great attitude, I asked him for a quote on another job I was putting off. That quote also was good and he had the time so I ended up getting both issues off my to-do list. Awesome. He even patched the brick and stucco that he had to remove for both repairs. Thanks for the great work William. I, of course, hope I do not need more plumbing work in the near future, but if I do I will definitely call DPS again. And I have the phone number for DPS and will definitely refer my friends and neighbors to this company.

I just want to take a moment and say that Spencer was the best! He got my toilet unclogged, and was courteous and professional. I was at my wits end. But he definitely saved the day! Big shout out to the owner of this company as well. Beyond blessed to come across them. Amazing work! Thank you so much 😊

Called 6 plumbers on Saturday. Only one would give me a price without coming out, besides DPS. The price was fair and they sent a female plumber (first time for me) who came about 1 1/2 hours later. Sophia was very efficient. I would highly recommend this plumbing service.

Your help made the situation much easier to deal with, and I’m forever grateful. I had a great experience with Diversified Plumbing Services, and I especially want to recognize the technician, Charles. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. From the moment he arrived, Charles took the time to understand the issue and explained everything in a simple, easy-to-understand way. The service was quick and efficient, and Charles made sure the job was done right the first time. He was respectful of my space, worked neatly, and left everything clean once the work was finished. It’s not always easy to find reliable service, but this experience definitely stood out. I’ve got to give a shout out to Marcy and Fernando! Marcy was incredibly helpful, sweet, and patient while we investigated the issue and Fernando was quick to arrive with the resolution. He was very personable and answered all my questions. Great team! Highly recommend.
