Anthony and Blayden were awesome! The whole experience with Element Plumbing and Heating from the phone assistance to the installers was amazing. They were thorough, kind, and the best customer service I have seen in a long time! We had 3 toilets and 2 bidets installed. Would highly recommend!

I have never found a plumbing, heating and electric service company that has respond and actually showed up and got the job completed less than 24 hours after contacting them. Anthony was very polite and did such a clean instal with no mess left for us to clean up. I couldn't say enough to describe how happy we are to have called them. Fair and honest pricing. Anthony and Bladen from Element Plumbing, Heating and Air did such a great job installing our water softener. They both were friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work from start to finish. We appreciated their attention to detail and they even took off their shoes when they came into our home and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. They also took their time to throughly explain how the water softener works and answered all of our questions. Would recommend this company 100s over! The folks from Elementary Plumbing, especially Michael, provided great workmanship to troubleshoot the blockage in my septic main line and to do whatever was necessary to make it right. Michael, Jaime, and Braden, worked well together to fix it right with minimal impact to us and our home operation. They had all the necessary resources to address the surprises that came up as the underground line was dug up. All was back in place neat and tidy in an efficient and timely manner.
