We used Fabri-Tech after Irma (2017) took out our pool cage. They were awesome and did a fantastic job of installing our entire cage. Fast forward to 2026. We decided to extend our lanai cage and deck out further to achieve more space inside the cage. Daniel showed up and was one of the most professional contractors I have worked with. He took the time, listened to my concerns, and then laid out what would happen. One note here..... a big concern was matching the existing travertine tile decking with the new stone. Daniel said he had someone in the office who would research it and try to match it as closely as possible. The match was PERFECT! The cage is awesome. The new super-screen is unbelievable.... NO BUGS! Daniel, Nathan, and the staff made it all happen, and the results were beyond my expectations. LOVE THESE GUYS!!
Fabritech is amazing! They helped us design and create our unique and beautiful screen enclosure. Working with them was seamless and their crew was very friendly and neat.
Hands down, Fabri-Tech is our go-to company for screen enclosures and repairs. They have completed multiple screen projects for us over the years, and every experience has been outstanding. Their team is professional, responsive, and consistently delivers quality workmanship. They always get the job done right and on schedule. We highly recommend Fabri-Tech to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality screen enclosure services. Five stars all the way!
In an effort to protect the community I’d like to share a fair and honest review of my experience with Fabri-Tech. Daniel, the owner’s son, came to my home and viewed the front entry way that needed a new screen enclosure. Before agreeing to the work I visited their office, met Tom the General Manager, and was shown options for screening and the screen door. It was there that options were chosen and I agreed to the work. So, I thought I had done my due diligence and had selected a good company capable of installing a quality product. On two separate occasions I stressed to the GM and to the owner’s son Daniel that I wanted the best installers. I was even willing to wait if needed. Daniel’s response was “We have a good guy for you out there.” Unfortunately, the technician chosen did considerable damage to my newly installed deck and did a poor job installing the screen enclosure. The attached images show some of the following issues: - An extra and random bolt screwed through the decking. - Abrasion and several burn marks in the decking. - Caulking that was sloppily placed in joints and on the screening - Excess caulking that was smeared onto the decorative band of the house rather than wiped on a rag. Evidently, the technician felt that because the caulking and decorative band were both white it would blend in. It does not. I will need to remove this caulking and possibly repaint the affected areas. - Poorly installed door handle. - Missing spline that holds the screen into the enclosure. Later, two other technicians were dispatched to repair the initial work. I requested that a particular area be replaced. One of the technicians was resistant to making the needed repair. His reasoning was... how do you make a “turd” look good. This did nothing to improve my confidence in the installation I received from Fabri-Tech. The quality of the work had deteriorated to the point that I called and requested to speak with the owner of the company. The lady who fielded my call indicated that I would hear from someone, but it would not be the owner. I asked why and she said because he was doing his “stuff”. Unfortunately, I was never able to speak with the owner. Tom came to view the job and recommended that a section of the enclosure be replaced. It was an area that I initially did not even realize was a problem. Finally, a fourth technician, Bill, was dispatched to address the concerns. When it came time to settle up the bill, I was shocked and disappointed that I was only given a $125 discount considering the damage done to my property, the need for me to go back and clean up the caulking/paint, and for all the stress and time dealing with this installation. Unfortunately, this “turd” will be a visible reminder of my experience with Fabri-tech for years to come.
Fabritech did some custom railings for us that turned out great! They pieced together some antique wrought iron that we had and made them code compliant by integrating them into their own railings. The whole team was great. And, their salesman Daniel was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to work with!
