If you visit this store talk to Tyler. He is knowledgeable on all the products. He directed us to the exact product we came in looking for and helped us decide on another when we didn’t care for the one we originally wanted. He explained how the manufacturer’s included warranty works in different scenarios with a really great attitude. This is our forever house, but if I need flooring in the future for some crazy reason I will definitely come see Tyler.
Designer Christine Eddy helped my family today at Floor & Decor. She was very nice, personable and great at what she does. All her suggestions were spot on! We love Floor & Decor. The place is great. But I definitely wanted to take the time to thank Christine for her help!
We were doing a bathroom remodel and I went to Floor Decor on Constitution Dr in Va Beach. It was a first time having to pick out tiles, flooring, bathroom fixtures etc. It really was a lot of stress for me and my husband. I cant count how many times I was in that store. Either purchasing or returning :) Kim B was exceptionally helpful and super nice. She helped me a few times. Victoria looked fior a dual towel bar for a while one day. At different times, both ladies took extra time to help me help me find what I needed. its so nice to find associates that care about people. It really helped to lessen my stress. I am so appreciative of their service. Thank yoi Kim B and Victoria 😇
We came in and were warmly welcomed, just wanted to browse as we weren't sure what we wanted. We were asked several times if we needed help and appreciated the non pushy sales approach, just genuinely helpful employees. When we found what we wanted CRAIG C. was brought in to help us, and immediately was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Even though he was new(ish), his coworkers were quick to jump in and be a resource. I loved The teamwork. Craig offered to show us options online for shower doors that we didn't know were available, honestly there should be a sign or something back there saying to ask your designer about this, or we would have never known. He showed us what was available, with the features needed and under budget. I was impressed with Craig's professionalism, the experience, and the store overall. We will definitely be back.
Kim was absolutely amazing, she helped with picking my stone and grout and went above and beyond. I have been coming to this store for a while and i have never been treated as good as she helper me . She is amazing and i will give her 100000 starts for customer service,!!! Thank you so much Kim. I arrived to the store all stressed and confused and you helped me tremendously
