The tech for the reduction of weight on stomach area a an older colombian women was semi short and her machine kept falling off the suctions were not working. She kept on trying but it was the samething. She seemed bothered by it and then laughed it off. It wasn’t a a good experience. I Paid $209. Not worth it there at all!!!
1 star is too much for this horrible place! I went earlier in the afternoon, and asked the lady that was there , I think her name was Jennifer, told me I could come later in the afternoon which I said, after work. I come in around 6:14, and the lady I take was doing a color on another lady ; she the b seems to tell a Colombian lady, what I wanted to get done, and when she touched my hair she said " what is this??" Which I replied " this is beautiful, curly, long hair"..this comment was very condescending, and disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable, I did mentioned it,c which she said,vsinw people use extensions, I told her,vi understand, but have to learn how to speak, to your customers, then again, very condescending went ahead to explain, what "layers in hair" is, neadless to say, they were not welcoming at all, not professional, I told them again, you guys need to treat customers differently, and Jennifer, told me " if you don't like the way we treat you, you can go to another place..." So they practically throw out of this establishment..horrible customer service!!! Unprofessional, no manners!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! all this conversation was in Spanish, since we were all latinas, which they need to be ashamed of this behavior!!!
Amazing Customer care, if you are Stressed like I was, I highly recommend a Massage to feel Out of this World, all services I received today were above and beyond Excellence and prices are affordable. Highly recommended. ❤️

Worse massage I've EVER had! NOT at ALL deep tissue! Asked three times for more pressure. Never happened! I asked her to stop this little tapping thing on my skin she was doing because it was feeling weird and not at all like a massage but she didn't stop. It felt like anyone could have done a better job! If I'd of not been on the table I would of walked out. It made me sick to hand over money for a very unsatisfying experience. Go somewhere/anywhere else!
