I am currently preparing to enroll in a technical diving course that will take my diving well beyond recreational limits, and I wanted to ensure my dental health was in top shape to avoid any potential issues that could arise under significant pressure at depth. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was professional and welcoming. The dental hygienist was thorough and efficient in taking my X-rays, and Dr. Hare provided a detailed examination afterward. He took the time to carefully review the X-rays with me, identifying a few areas of concern and explaining everything clearly. We worked together to establish a proactive treatment plan and a clear schedule for follow-up visits. I truly appreciate how informative and attentive the whole team was; it gave me great peace of mind knowing my dental health is squared away as I prepare for this next level of training. I walked into my appointment knowing my teeth were about to tell on me. It had been way too long since my last cleaning, so I was expecting a lecture and possibly an archaeological dig. Instead, Krista worked some kind of dental magic. She was incredibly gentle, super efficient, and made what should’ve been a disaster feel like a routine cleaning. I honestly don’t know how she did it, but she deserves a raise… or at least unlimited coffee. The ladies at the front desk were awesome too—friendly, welcoming, and didn’t even seem concerned that I was returning from my extended “I’ll schedule it next month” vacation. Overall, an amazing experience. My teeth are cleaner than ever, and I’ll definitely be back… hopefully before Krista has to excavate fossils next time.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office and would highly recommend it! Dr. Paige is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made me feel comfortable and confident during the final part of my visit. You can truly tell she genuinely cares about her patients and is dedicated to providing high-quality care. Kathy was also amazing—so positive, gentle, and detail-oriented. She explained every single step she was taking, which made me feel very at ease and well-informed. Her calm and friendly attitude made the whole experience much more pleasant. I really appreciated how thorough and careful she was. The front desk team deserves special recognition as well. The girls are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this office stands out for its professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Micaletti and the entire team. My experience at Grand Dental from start to finish has been nothing but positive. I had some work needed that I was extremely nervous about and Dr. Micaletti put me at ease. He took his time to explain my procedures and everything went smoothly under his care. Highly recommend!

Dr. John Micaletti and his staff are polite, helpful and professional. They did a complete diagnosis, Then, gave me a full detailed explanation of my problem. I did not need the services they provide but need another type of dentist. After giving me a prescription to address the infection I had, they found me a dentist 15 minutes away that could take me that afternoon that accepted my insurance plan. I highly recommend Dr Micaletti and the staff at General Dental
