We rented a house during July, 2021, which used Tony as the point of contact. He showed up as we arrived for about 5 minutes. We had problems with the AC not working and called, texted Tony. He did not respond, so we emailed the owner. Tony sent an AC repairman after 3 days of 80 degree nights. The AC man came at 10:00pm without telling us he was coming. He did nothing to help the situation. Tony failed to return calls or texts, knowing he would never see us again after the end of the week. Not someone to do business with.
