Great experience with Dr. Nguyen. Had spinal fusion surgery (TLIF) 4 months ago. recovery is going great. 100% sciatica nerve pain gone. Also, I want give a big shout out to Abby for all of her support before and after my surgery. She hands down helped my make my experience less stressful. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and Abby for a great experience. Highly recommend this team.
My experience was very positive! Dr Nguyen was very attentive and followed all protocols to determine what my issue was fully going to take for relief. Nurse Practitioner, Marcell was extremely professional and took the time to explain next steps in my recovery after injections.
Dr. Nguyen perform my ACDF a year ago and I am so grateful because I'm PAIN FREE! Thank you Dr. Nguyen for everything. I was scared to death of the surgery, but he did absolutely AMAZING. I'm pain free in my neck and arms and i hope to do everything advised so I can keep it that way. Thank you to Abby for always being ON IT with all my requests. I hope I wasn't too difficult and needy with you guys. ALL of the staff have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you so so much. Because of you guys, I get to continue working and not be in pain. Sitting in the lobby 20min passed my appointment time & the fine print of their paperwork says they’ll charge 10% APR for outstanding balances, that is completely ridiculous. This isn’t a credit card application. This is a prime example of why the American healthcare system is a joke! Bill me for the cost of services rendered. Period. Warning everyone I know about it now Update to the owner: I don’t appreciate being called a liar when I know what I read with my own eyes! AND HAD MY ATTORNEY READ! Also had your billing dept call my attorney while I was in the lobby & they verbally told her that. Maybe you should visit your office if you don’t know what’s being done without your knowledge. It said in black & white what your office charges.
I have been with Joseph Spine for many procedures and have had the best care….with my latest procedure I am so impressed with the care of Dr Nguyen, Marcell NP and the Joseph Spine team…..they took every precaution to protect me as they went forward to help me get through this difficult time and I am doing very well…..Thank God for this special team❤️
