I’m honestly not sure how this company is still business. They do all of our landscaping in Arboretum and to say they do a terrible job is an understatement. There are trees almost leaning against houses with limbs touching buildings, which is a great way for critters to get in. Edging is wavy. They don’t put up signs when they spray which clearly hasn’t been done in quite some time anyway. They will trim shrubs and it might be a week before the dead leaves actually get picked up. Dead shrubs that haven’t been replaced. Overgrown limbs hanging down, dead palm fronds that need to be cut. The list goes on and on and on. Do not waste your money on this company.
Juniper is contracted to handle the landscaping for the Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. They do a nice job in the major common areas but a real mediocre job, at best, in the residential area of the coach homes. They neglect addressing obvious issues such as leaning trees, dead plants, and trash.
Spoke with person at office she said I would be getting a text email about how Juniper will handle broken watering lines. X 1 week NOTHING, NO CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL!!! I call back a week later, Put on hold for 15 minutes. NO ONE EVER CAME BACK ON THE LINE. The workers I have no complaint about the office staff, THEY ARE NO GOOD……
What terrible service! They are also in charge of the IslandWalk community in Naples, and just by asking when they can fix the sprinkles and submitting a support ticket, I have been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I have been waiting for almost a week for someone to answer the voicemails I have left.
Juniper has the contract for the HOA at Lely Island. Absolutely abysmal experience. They admitted they sprayed the wrong chemicals leaving dead grass in many yards, with weeds growing out of control. They have now ripped out the dead grass and have to re-sod many lawns. They have possible???illegal day laborers who have no clue even where to park their truck, they block your driveway, they leave wrappers from food/drink bottles in my yard, zero respect...no consistent staff at all. It's amateur hour with this firm, truly destructive to your garden. I am amazed at how they are in business.
