Kay's Cleaning Services was a positive experience from the start. The customer service was wonderful (having availability the next business day), and everything was fully explained (prices/services) beforehand. There were no surprises when the bill came thankfully. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and sent me multiple pictures when complete. They did a wonderful job after a renter moved out and the space needed some major deep cleaning. The walls, doors, windows and bathrooms were left cleaner than I ever imagined. I will be using their services again in the near future!

Kay’s cleaning service is second to none! I have been with them for about 2 years now with my airbnb and each time they leave my place spotless. They also take the time to fold your towels and toilet in a creative way to give your guests something to ‘oooh’ over. Their communication is very fast and extremely professional every time. I can’t thank them enough!

Kay’s Cleaning has been an incredible cleaner for our AirBnB for years! They are extremely thorough, professional, and can handle all of your STR needs including inventory management. We cycled through many cleaning companies before finding them. 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏻

We recently sold our home and hired Kay's cleaning services to do a deep clean prior to showing our house and later to do a move-out cleaning. The house sparkled prior to our showings and we sold in 4 days. One day before final walk-through and closing I booked Kay's to do a move-out service. We were all booked, but one of the cleaners had a death in the family. Kay's team didn't cancel on me but did everything they could to make sure our house was ready for the next day. They rescheduled for an afternoon service, but when they arrived our water had mistakenly been turned off. I was panicked, but Kayky said don't panic, we will get this done before the walk-through, even if we have to arrive early in the morning to do it. Fortunately, we were able to get the water back on in just a few hours and Kay's crew came back at 6:30 that evening and stayed until 11:15 p.m. to get everything sparkling. They didn't rush and paid attention to details, even that late in the evening. Our buyers were so thankful to walk into a clean, sanitized home! We can't thank Kayky and his crew enough for their determination to get everything done on-time and just right!

Kay’s Cleaning Service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly kind, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. As a first-time client, I was so grateful that they had a cancellation and were able to get me scheduled for the very next day. The deep cleaning they did was beyond anything I could have asked for. They truly cleaned everything — doors, baseboards, vents, and even moved furniture to clean underneath. If you can think of it, they cleaned it! My home has never felt this fresh and detailed. I couldn’t be happier with the results and truly appreciate the care and effort they put into their work.
