We recently switched pool service and hired company: Local Cape Coral Pool Pros for weekly pool cleaning and a few needed pool repairs in Cape Coral. At first there were a couple of small hiccups, and we were close to giving up, but we decided to give them another chance because the pool also needed repair work. Micah came out to handle the repair and was a true professional. he re-plastered and re-tiled a small section of the pool, and it looks amazing. he was careful with his time, stayed on budget, and made sure the work was done right without cutting corners. I also shared that i was not fully happy with the cleaning service at the beginning, especially after the pool water turned green from the heat and regular Florida pool use. After i called the office, Wyatt was sent out, and he completely turned things around. this guy made a huge difference. He has a great attitude, strong customer service, and really knows pool chemistry, brushing, vacuuming, and filter care. Wyatt took the time to explain what was happening with the pool, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean, balanced, and looking right again. I chose an acid wash to get the pool surface cleaned up the right way, and about 4 weeks later the pool looked clear, balanced, and ready to enjoy again. Now with the regular weekly service, skimming, brushing, and chemical care, i do not have to worry about keeping the water in shape in the Cape Coral heat. highly recommend this pool service because they made the whole process easy and stress free.
