An Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish I cannot say enough great things about Naperville Smiles Dental. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was not your average dental office. The front desk team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and their positive attitude immediately put me at ease. It's rare to find a team that is both highly efficient and genuinely caring, but that's exactly what I experienced here. The office itself was absolutely spotless. Everything was immaculate, modern, and organized, creating an environment that felt both professional and comfortable. The level of care and attention I received was truly extraordinary. Every member of the team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. One thing that really stood out was that even the office manager took the time to personally come by, greet me, and ask how everything was going. That level of personal attention speaks volumes about the culture and leadership at this practice. It's clear that patient satisfaction is not just a goal here—it's a priority. The entire team went above and beyond in every way. From the first phone call to the moment I left, every detail was handled with excellence. The experience was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. I would also like to recognize Leslie for her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit and was always willing to help with a smile. It's team members like her that contribute to the exceptional experience patients receive at Naperville Smiles Dental. Overall, this was a first-class experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for a dental office that combines exceptional patient care, professionalism, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, look no further. Naperville Smiles Dental has earned my highest recommendation. Five stars simply don't seem like enough.

Always an amazing experience whenever I have an appointment! Claudia is a fantastic dental hygenist and always does an amazing job! I have had anxiety about going to the dentist and having cleaning since I was kid. I have always felt comfortable coming to this office! Best experience I've ever had.

I want to start by saying, Dr. Tamer is a wonderful doctor. The other doctor told my husband he would need a name tag after getting Invisalign because he would be unrecognizable. He was rude and my husband has not returned. One of the dental assistants was so frustrated with me when my appointment reason changed and I came in for a more immediate reason needing numbing for a cavity on my top right side. She was insisting on numbing the bottom left for a cavity a had scheduled and when I tried to explain this she insisted on numbing me to prep me for the doctor and I was advocating that’s not the right area and asked to talk to the doctor and she stormed off. When she came back with Dr. Tamer who directed her to x-ray the top right and numb the top right area and she was so rude to me still. After the x-ray she took the lead apron off me which hit my chin. When I tried to tell her she stormed off again. I advocated for another assistant. Maybe she was having a bad day. Dr. Tamer had no problem with my request. He apologized and fixed my cavity then I left. I had no issues and he said the cavity was close to the root so I may need a root canal and to let him know if I was in pain. Then a few days later on my birthday the office manager Lindsay calls. She tells me that dental assistant was trained by her and that her whole staff is amazing and that the apron hitting my chin was probably an accident and that she thinks she has a great staff. So why is she calling me all defensive? It made no sense. I expected it was my birthday, I asked her if she wanted my feedback, that I had come in with a lot of pain and was looking for help and was met with an argumentative person who seemed to be having a bad day. I was met with more defensiveness and she minimized me and my experience. I was made to feel I didn’t matter. I hope Dr. Tamer reads this and seriously reconsiders who he trusts to run his practice. Lindsay threw me away like I’m garbage and didn’t care about anything I had to say. I’ll suffer because Dr. Tamer is a really good dentist and my smile was beautiful under his care. I’ll have to find another doctor and start my process all over again.

My daughter had a visit today with Claudia and Dr. Chan, and both were absolutely wonderful. The process was seamless, and they were amazing with the education they provided her about her teeth and the helpful tips they shared. Would recommend.
