★☆☆☆☆ Be very careful before agreeing to treatment here. My wife and I spent thousands of dollars out of pocket and trusted the advice we were given, only to end up with more problems, more expenses, and no resolution. We followed their treatment plan exactly as instructed from Dr Rija. After spending money on whitening and other procedures, we were told afterward that additional expensive work would be needed because of information that could have been explained from the beginning. My filling is also becoming more painful every day. When we brought up our concerns and asked them to make things right, they refused any further treatment and told us to go elsewhere. To make matters worse, we had already paid upfront for treatment my wife needed, and after refusing to continue treating us, they did not refund that money. Imagine paying thousands out of pocket, following professional advice, paying in advance, and then being left to find another dentist and potentially pay for the same treatment all over again. We trusted their guidance, and that trust was not rewarded. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Ogden Valley Dental.

I had a really great experience at this office! Dr. Rija did an excellent job with my filling treatment—she was gentle, efficient, and made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. Kenia, the office manager, was incredibly accommodating and helped me get in at the last minute. Amirani at the front desk explained the treatment clearly and professionally, which helped ease my nerves before getting started. Dua and all the assistants were wonderful—they kept everything clean and organized and made sure I was comfortable throughout. As a very nervous patient, I was especially grateful for how quickly and smoothly everything went. They really helped me feel at ease. Thank you to the entire team! Highly recommended.

Dr. Rija and the entire team were absolutely exceptional. This was, without a doubt, the best dental treatment experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Dr. Rija took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. The level of care, expertise, and genuine kindness from the whole team truly sets this clinic apart. My family and I left feeling confident that we were in the best hands possible. After this experience, we’ve decided that Dr. Rija will be our permanent dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Rija and the team to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

If I could rate 0 I would. My experience with this dental office was very disappointing. When I was supposed to receive my final procedure, communication issues with the doctor Raja became a major problem. We were given inconsistent information, and instead of receiving clear answers or a solution, the situation became increasingly frustrating. After expressing our concerns, the doctor / office decided not to complete the procedure I had already paid for. What was even more shocking was that when I later called to schedule an appointment and try to resolve the issue, I was told that they would not see me and that I should find another dental office. To make matters worse, I still have not received a full refund for the treatment that was never completed. I paid for a service that I did not receive, and the lack of accountability and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience. Patients deserve clear communication, respectful treatment, and to receive the services they pay for.

Coming here for several years has given me quite a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. Whether its just a cleaning or something more, I have never had dental work be so painful in my life. I can tell the technicians working on my mouth are just trying to be as quick as possible without much care for my personal comfort. When I ask questions, I often don't understand the answers I receive. I also have not been given clear instructions on how to improve my oral hygiene. They always tell me to brush better, but how? What am I doing wrong? I ask how I can floss between crowded teeth, they tell me to just jam the floss through. When they floss my crowded teeth for me, they complain about how hard it is and slam the floss into my gums, making them bleed. Going forward, I will be driving out of town to a dentist with a bit more compassion.
