we adopted this sweet boy (named Mugi) the other day and the guy who helped us was genuinely the nicest and most patient person (taylor? tyler? sorry!!) and we could tell he genuinely takes the time to go the extra mile with all the animals here. he was talking about Mugi with such admiration and could explain his little personality easily. nowadays i feel like its not often for pet store employees to really care for the animals they are selling but it was a truly refreshing and amazing experience for us. thank you from us & Mugi!

Just got our rescue dog 3 months ago and we've already seen the Groomer and the Veterinarian at PetSmart. We are in very impressed with the service and then nice employees who work at this store. They took great care of Dora
my second time using the grooming services here. My labradoodle and Havanese were given baths and some options along with their grooming. the dogs were groomed exactly as I had instructed. we could not be happier with the services provided by Maya. She listened to us and returned our dogs beautifully groomed. I highly recommend Maya for your fur babies without reservation. returned for another grooming. Maya, again did a great job. prices are really going up.
It so difficult to find someone to assist on products or location bought worms in tub they keep on refrigerator but. I dont think they are being fed. ? Enough opened lid & Half were dead. ..i looked for cat clothes but didnt see any at all unless specifically for specific holiday i seen plenty Of dogs having variety of clothes and im irritated bc things i did want i was Told go online? Im older and dont like Shopping online? It should be stocked anyway ...cashier nice and prof. & usually is ...
