Best Experience I ever had at this Dental Office in Naperville, Il and So Happy to Find Some of the Nicest People on Earth!!! Thank you All for taking my fear away!!! Dr Morello, Ahmad, Diana, Shoba and Lina❤️!!! This is the first time I Loved going to the Dentist!!! The work on my cracked tooth was amazing and the 2nd Appt was just as great. Cleaning and treatment made my mouth feel so clean and I feel Human again! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 HEART STARS for BEAUTIFUL TEETH !!! MANY HUGS!!!

I had a great experience at Pro Smiles Dental. The entire team was professional, caring, and welcoming. The dentist took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everything about this visit, from the initial call to schedule, to leaving the office after my appointment, was great. While other Dental offices were scheduling months out, Pro Smiles got me in right away. The receptionist was friendly, the dental assistant took a detailed history, the doctor was very thorough and explained everything in a way that I understood, offering different options that would work for me. She even carefully looked at my dental benefit and found the most cost effective treatment plan with the least amount of out of pocket, saving me hundreds of dollars. The entire team went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I probably drove past 20 or more Dental offices to get there, but it was WELL worth it, and I very highly recommend Pro Smiles! The only downside was that the staff talk to each other, in front of patients, in non- English language, which I found to be odd and somewhat disconcerting. I heard every one of them speak English, so I know they can, but while they were 'in my mouth', they spoke a different language. Why?? The more I thought about it, the more uncomfortable it felt. If it was just idle chitchat, they should speak the English language so patients don't wonder what they're saying, or if the comments are perhaps about them.

I found Dr. Sheblak’s office while searching for a dentist near me, and I am extremely grateful that I did. In the process of other services, I had an emergency situation and was given an appointment immediately. Dr. Sheblak, Shabnam and her entire team resolved the issue within two hours with exceptional efficiency and care. Lina and the staff are highly professional, welcoming each patient by their first name and always with a smile. The level of customer service, compassion, and prompt attention I receive is truly outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Sheblak and her team for their professionalism, excellence, and dedication to dental care.

I recently had a cleaning, root canal, and crown completed, and I’m very happy with the results. The dentist was very patient and made sure I understood every step of the process. The procedure was much smoother than I expected, and I felt little to no pain. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommend this office! A special thank you to Dr Sheblak and Assistants Ahmad, Lina and Shoba for being so kind and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The whole team was professional and caring. Highly recommend this office!
