After last fall (2025) hurricanes my cement tile roof was severely damaged. My insurance company balked and was reticent to give me coverage to replace the roof. Up steps ProCraft Exteriors and asks if they can represent me in negotiations with the insurance company. Within a very short time Pro Craft Exteriors had a check in hand from the insurance company for the full amount for a new roof and gutters. A few days after that the ProCraft crew arrived and stripped the old roof, replaced the membrane and had the roof prepped for new roof tiles. New roof tiles were installed under the direction of "Jimmy" the ProCraft Supervisor on the job and new gutters installed. I have nothing but praise for the quality of workmanship, efficiency of operations and overall professional demeanor of the ProCraft experience. Jimmy Meindl with ProCraft inspected our roof for Hurricane damage and then worked with the lawyers and our insurance company to arrive at a fair settlement. Jimmy walk us through the whole process and was there with us every step of the way - from Inspection to roof completion and County Inspection approval. ProCraft's roofing crew was fast, efficient and quality conscious. Their crew foreman answered all my questions and explain the whole process. I would highly recommend ProCraft!

This company did an Outstanding job reassuring me about working with a quality and professional roofing company that can act as an intermediary between myself and my insurance company to repair/replace a roof after hurricane damage. The employees I worked with have extensive experience working as prior insurance adjusters and roofers. They went out of their way to go over the entire process with me and educate me as to how to best ensure I was not taken advantage of by my insurance company or other low budget scams from temporary roofing companies set up to profit off of a natural disaster.
