I wanna start off by saying man I love when you have someone that's passionate about what they do. I'm here to tell you that's Rob is that guy. He care about the people. From the beginning to the end. He had a wonderful attitude he knew what it took to find the problem and that's exactly what he did. I have rodents in my attic for several years. I had different companies coming out to help me take care of this problem and they wasn't successful. All they did was take my money and even finding the real problem. Rob found the problem and now I'm on track to take care of this problem. Thanks Rob. If you're having any problems like me call Rob he's your guy. I give him more than five stars if I could.

If you have a Rat problem there’s no better company to solve that problem. If you’re looking for a free quote or free inspection don’t count on it. If they’re coming out it’s because they’re going to go get the job done not waste time on free inspections. I’ve called multiple pest control companies and have been had the house tented and no one could fix the problem. I’ve had companies tell me we’ll close up all access to the house which was a lie they were just blocking off random areas not even where the rats were coming in from and we’re gonna place traps in your attic and you’ll have a 1 year warranty? For what? First of all that’s not even where I heard the rats and why would I want a pest control company to keep coming back. The best service would be one time and done never have to come back again. When Robert came he quickly and efficiently identified the problem cut the wall open, fixed the sewer pipe, and performed a smoke test. The problem that I have been dealing with for the last 10 years and thousands of dollars wasted was solved on a Saturday morning before noon.

I had a great experience with Rat Control of Florida. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem and how to fix it. They were prompt, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail they didn’t just treat the issue, they helped prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend them if you’re dealing with rodents or any pest issues!

Robert was very professional. On time, took care of my bee problem and cleaned up the area. All work was very satisfactory and was completed at the agreed upon price. Would highly recommend.
