I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before hiring Shamrock Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Inc. On March 5, I hired this company to clear a blockage at my home. The technician spent roughly 20 minutes on the job, opened a pipe, claimed the line had been cleaned, and left. The problem is that the issue was clearly not resolved. To make matters worse, they left sewage debris and filth outside, and my wife and I were the ones forced to clean the sidewalk afterward. The day after the service, we traveled to Japan and returned 19 days later. When we came back, it became obvious that the problem had never been properly fixed. The toilets are still draining poorly, and now water from the toilet is backing up into the shower drain. That is unacceptable, especially after paying more than $400 for what turned out to be a temporary and ineffective attempt rather than an actual repair. I called the company to explain that the issue remains unresolved, and the response was extremely disappointing. I was told there is no warranty whatsoever on their work, and the only offer made was a $25 discount for them to come back and perform the same inadequate service again. This was a very poor experience from start to finish: poor workmanship, poor cleanup, poor customer support, and no accountability after payment was collected. In my opinion, this company is focused on getting paid, not on solving the customer’s problem properly. I would not recommend them and would suggest looking elsewhere for a plumbing company that stands behind its work. We had a wonderful experience with Shamrock during our bathroom renovation project. Their representatives Justin and Daryl showed up when they said they would and were friendly and professional. We also got great support from the office staff Ada and Debbie in handling our appointments for the necessary inspections. They are a very fair and professional organization who were promptly there for us every step of the way. Shamrock plumbing is consistently the best quality work for the lowest prices. We used them for our repipe and recently had to replace our water heater. Our plumber, Carlos, was prompt, courteous, and efficient. We are very happy with the work he did!

Absolutely amazing service all around. The staff was very friendly over the phone and in person. Every step of the way was explained to me thoroughly without judgment of confusion. I needed my house to be re-piped, which i was concerned would be a bigger pain than necessary as my first big home project but these guys proved me wrong. Shamrock Plumbing is professional, quick, personal, honest, and just amazing to work with. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to Jason, Brandon, Oscar, Manny, Alex, Ada, and Raven!

My A/C guys recommended Shamrock Plumbing for fixing a leaking water heater. Technician Carlos was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and arrived right on time. The installation of the new water heater process was fast, efficient and very neatly done. In addition to that I decided to replace the old water softener which was not working properly. Carlos explained the latest technology about it so I don’t hesitate to invest in it, because once you try whole house water softeners, you cannot be happy living without it. No more hard water, besides the pipes, tubs, toilets, sinks, trust me your skin and hair will appreciate it. Awesome company, costumer service and Technician. I’ll use them again!!
