My husband and I had a great experience at this dental office today. The doctor was very professional, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made him feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff and assistants were also very friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and organized, and the whole visit went much smoother than expected. Thank you for the excellent care — highly recommend!

Title: Great staff, but judgmental and not good for very anxious patients I’m writing this to provide a perspective for those who, like me, suffer from severe dental anxiety and are neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism). I am sharing this context because for those of us in this boat, the way a provider communicates—especially during a high-sensory procedure—can make or break the experience. I previously had a dentist I loved, but due to an insurance change, I had to find a new office. The Positives: The office is exceptionally clean and the front desk staff is wonderful. A huge plus is that they were able to get me in for a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, I want to give massive credit to the dental assistant/tech. Because the dentist does the cleaning herself here, the tech only really gets to speak with you for a few minutes before and after the procedure. However, in those small windows, she was the most compassionate and sympathetic person there. She was gentle, she truly listened to my anxiety, and she was the only reason I made it through the appointment. The Issue: As mentioned, the dentist does the entire cleaning herself, so she essentially runs the entire appointment. While she is knowledgeable, she was incredibly degrading. I have bad genetics for my teeth and have struggled my whole life. Finding out I had zero cavities after 2.5 years was a massive personal win, but instead of support, I was met with constant scolding. There was a time during the appointment where I was so overwhelmed by the judgment that I was literally bawling my eyes out. Every time they asked if I was crying because of pain, I told them directly: "No, I am crying because I’m overwhelmed and I feel like I am being judged." Instead of showing empathy, the dentist doubled down. When I explained that I’ve been doing everything my past dentists have told me to do, she told me, "Obviously it’s not enough." She then set impossible standards, telling me I need to brush every single time I eat so that no food ever sits on my teeth, and speaking to me as if I’ve never taken my dental health seriously. She even insisted I return in four months instead of the standard six—at an out-of-pocket cost—just so she could "make sure" I was doing what I was supposed to. When I asked if I could just come back in six months for insurance reasons, she told me that if I did that, it just showed I wasn’t taking my teeth seriously. No dentist has ever told me to come back in four months; six months is the regular routine, and I even end up with no cavities on that schedule. To be told your absolute best isn't good enough while you’re already in tears is traumatizing; you shouldn't be scolded by a dentist. I am sharing this so other patients know what to expect because I haven’t seen other reviews like this, and this experience unfortunately just added to my fear of dentists. While the tech was amazing in the few minutes she had to talk to me, it doesn't fix the lack of empathy shown by the dentist during the actual procedure. I do not want a follow-up phone call. They are already fully aware of everything I’ve stated here because I spoke up about it throughout the entire session. They knew I was bawling my eyes out, they knew I felt unheard, and they knew I was not being met with compassion. I am simply posting this so the next person in my position can make an informed choice for themself.

I love coming here. Great staff and Dr is very gentle, patient and friendly! She isn't just a dentist looking for money, you can see she genuinely cares about you as a patient and is helpful and honest! We had a change in insurance and unfortunately she became out of our network. However, we still go to her anyway because she's 100% worth it!! I'd highly recommend them! Great staff and great service.
