Very happy with Storm Troopers. I had impact windows installed on all my windows and a new impact grade front door. There was a mixup on the front door and Jada and team made good. The installation team was extremely professional. Very satisfied with Storm Troopers. I would highly recommend them.

We met this company at a local event that was highlighting local companies in the area. Initially, we were impressed with the communication as we looked into our project however that was short lived. Once we decided to give Storm Troopers our business, we found the communication to be terrible and often non existent. Further, there were issues and concerns raised over permitting, which raised questions as to who was actually doing the work. We hired Storm Troopers, but our permit said RR Windows and Doors, while a different spot had a separate company name from those two. For the money paid, the final product and outcome could be better, and we are left to put finishing touches on it ourselves. You’d think that any company, especially a local one, would want to ensure perfection in their end work, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I will certainly take pause before using Storm Troopers again. Further, I would encourage you to look elsewhere for your window and door projects.

Absolutely loved the service and our new windows! Everyone is so nice and respectful, and thorough. pricing seems fair and the wait of receiving our windows after ordering didn’t seem too horribly long. Can’t wait to use them again for other projects!
