It is a good neighborhood bar. Plenty of beers, wine and liquor to choose from. Very comfortable outdoor space and friendly staffs. Reasonable prices. The nachos that we had was very good, perfect portion, tender and flavorful pull pork. But the Poke salad had way too much vinaigrette dressing in it, it was drowning in it and the last part of the salad was not edible. Overall, a good place to chill if you want a little break from The Row.
The Belmont might just be the best all around restaurant/bar in ALL of Los Angeles. This is my review as a “regular” who has been frequenting for over three years. From the staff, all the way to the food, The Belmont is just absolutely excellent. We have done everything from Trivia and Karaoke night, to hosting our engagement party here. The Belmont is truly a special place. We also love that they have all the major sporting events on their TV’s. It’s as much a Sports Bar, as it is a restaurant and third space. Gina who runs the kitchen, and assisted with our engagement party was easily the most professional, engaging, kind, thorough and respectful person I have ever planned a party. She helped plan the entire menu for our party, as well as organize it, and it was a dream. Jeremy, Chris, and Devin who are the bartenders, are a real hoot and so much fun to hang out with at the bar. Meg, Carrie, Ariana and Laura are absolutely awesome waitresses! I just can’t say enough good about this bar. You MUST come and experience it yourself.
Tasteless food, water tastes like pool water. I got the Belmont burger and truffle tater tots but it was like eating straight grease. No seasoning or salt or anything 😭😭 the only flavor was in the pool water bro. Do not come here, trust twin 🙏 Edit: changed service to 1 star, can't even leave this awful place cause they wouldn't give us our check for like 20 minutes.
We celebrated my birthday there last night and the space, the staff, and the food and drinks were all top notch! Laura, our server was so attentive and everyone there was so well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to have another get together there, they were so easy to coordinate with.
I visited the establishment on a Sunday evening. To my delight, it was not overly crowded, which created a pleasant ambiance. The atmosphere of the place was quite enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their chicken BLT and their delectable fries. Although I did not order their impossible sliders on this occasion, I intend to try them during my next visit. The alcoholic beverages on the menu appeared enticing, but I did have my usual drink, which was a Malibu rum with coke. It was prepared precisely to my liking. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and anticipate returning in the future. I would wholeheartedly give this establishment a perfect rating of 10 out of 10. And serve was a big 10 as well! I'm coming back for sure! 😊
