I paid 250$ for one of the worst color jobs I’ve ever had. Danielle Toscanini was the stylist and she knew she could not give me the color I asked for but worked hard to convince me she could - I should have trusted my gut, got up and walked out. Prior to the appt we messaged on FB and she said she could do the job. When I got there she went back and forth with me about the pictures forever. The conversation was so confusing I couldn’t understand what she was trying to say. I’ll spare you the details. In short, my hair looks NOTHING like the pictures yet she had the nerve to charge me 250$! I was shocked!!! She must have felt guilty because she couldn’t even look me in the eye after doing the job. Pics posted to show what I came in for vs what I received. Wow! Never again! DO NOT make the same mistake I did. What a huge disappointment! 😫
The best colorist I have ever had. Originally from NY. Jackie is amazing. They are beautiful people. Exceptionally clean. Reasonably priced. Shanna has been doing my nails 13 plus years lol never have broken nail. Will not be disappointed if you can get an appointment.
100% always happy(and better looking!l💇♀️💅 every time I leave this salon..From my head to my toes!!These women are truly talented professionals! And its always clean.!! Ps the staff is always in an awesome mood with good conversation that always makes me smile.. You won't regret choosing the salon.I'm glad I did!!
TERRIBLE !!!! FRAUDS !!! When you ask for purple and the ONLY purple you get is on your scalp !!! And they still charge you $400 then you have to pay $800 and 6 hours to fix this disaster elsewhere !!!! Picture of color I wanted VS the DARK hair I GOT with a PURPLE SCALP !!!! If you don’t know what you’re doing just say so !!!!!!!! YOU SUCK. !!!
Danielle is fantastic, she’s done my hair several times in the last two years and It’s always done perfectly. She is very talented, sweet, accommodating, and runs on time. The salon as a whole is good vibes every time I’m there. 10/10 highly recommend!
