Fantastic place for lunch. I had their renowned brisket and better than I even expected. The meat was good but also great combination of sauce and cheese. Lots of great and interesting flavors. I also substituted the cole slaw for fries, made it much more manageable and it was good slaw. I also enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, nice remoulade and well prepared.
The Rooster Food & Drink is a must-visit breakfast spot in Naples. If you care about quality, flavor, and food made with real soul, this is your place—we will absolutely be back. They delivered the best breakfast we’ve had in Naples, and honestly, one of the best anywhere. The scrambled eggs alone deserve their own standing ovation—soft, buttery, and rich in a way that makes you realize most eggs you’ve had before were just pretending. Whatever blend of butter and magic they’re using is next-level. The smoked salmon Eggs Benedict was flawless—perfectly balanced, indulgent without being heavy, and clearly made with intention. And the hash browns? Unreal. Crispy, deeply flavorful, shaped almost like a muffin, and impossible to stop eating. And you have to start with the biscuits—perfectly warm, soft, and paired with a homemade jam that’s absolutely outstanding. It sets the tone right from the first bite. The space itself is small and cozy, which adds to the charm. Every bite felt thoughtful and dialed-in. This is the kind of place that reminds you how good breakfast can actually be when it’s done right.
Great from SCRATCH quality southern food, down to the pickles and jam. Worth every penny. Takes me back to the great foodie place of Charleston SC. Kind, attentive service. Small & quaint. Be prepared to take home leftovers.
Phenomenal little place. Visiting my parents in FL and they sang this place's praises, and they were right to do so!! Gert, our waiter, was outstanding. Super polite and conscientious, knew the menu front to back, truly professional service. Top marks. As far as the food, oh my. Everything is scratch-made. I had the Texas Ruben. If you are a fan of TOWERING FLAVORS, this is the sandwich for you. The sandwich was enormous, and I don't know what they did with the fries but they were excellent too. Crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Super high recommend.
Sorry for such a late review but here we go. We arrived at 1:53 on 5/11/2025. We came Dr own after watching Guy Fieris Triple D and saw this place on the show. The place was packed and only had 2 tables outside so we chose one of them. Honestly I wish I would have waited for a table inside because I was hot out there. The place closes at 3pm so figured we would sit outside. Hunter was great and took good care of us. We ordered the blacken grouper sandwich and wife the eggs Benedict. Hunter brought out our food at 2:24. The grouper was fresh and tasted great. The brioche bun was toasted very nicely. The fries were steak fries and the were nice and crisp and had great flavor. Wife's benidict was very good she said. Was Guy right about this place? Well I say he was right, this was a great place to eat. I wish they had 1/2 stars because I would give a 4.5 and the only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the seating outside and the bathrooms being outside around back of building and the table were pretty dirty. Question,Will I go back? Yes I would.
