So sorry didn’t get this review off sooner. (Been tending grandkids ages 1, 2, 4, 6.) Wanted to take some time with it. Since switching to Thompson Plumbing a few years back we have been unusually pleased each time we’ve used their service and have no plans to change. They’re great. Skyler Johnson was a hard-working and amiable young man who worked all morning and was joined all afternoon by another colleague, equally friendly (wish I could recall his name; after 3 years of Long Covid my memory for names is slipping) and a third individual, apparently a supervisor of sorts also spent time on the project, again super friendly and would answer questions. The labor took from 9a-5p and we had Skyler add a garbage disposal which added time and he was totally fine with the added work. Our home is 60 years old this year and we were glad to have them be up to date on the whole project. The metal pipes finally stopped up completely. Thompson has been flawless for us several times; this was the biggie. We’ll have zero apprehension about calling them next time plumbing services are needed. Skyler, you and your colleagues would be welcomed wholeheartedly.

Our service technician was extremely friendly, professional and really informative about our plumbing, HVAC and electrical through our house! He did an exceptional job which left us with a smile on our face! The service seemed a little pricey, but the exceptional customer service and professionalism made up for it! I would definitely recommend this company to our neighbors and family!, Our outside host spicket was leaking so we had him replace it with a new antifreeze spicket!

Justin Fichter came out to perform maintenance on my AC system and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything to make sure the system was operating properly. He explained his findings clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood any recommendations without any pressure. It’s obvious that Justin takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. The service was prompt, thorough, and gave me confidence that my AC system is ready for the season. I would highly recommend Justin Fichter to anyone looking for honest, quality HVAC service. Thanks again for the great experience!
