My fiance hired this law firm after having to fire another one for inadequate representation. Trevor and his assistant Bailey were absolutely amazing. Answering every email and phone call immediately every time. They had constant contact and informed him of everything every step of the way. No question ever went unanswered. The handling of the case and dealing with the insurance company was impeccable. On the day we went to sign the final paperwork at their office we had the chance to also meet and speak with Bill Winters, whom unlike other attorneys act like they are better then everyone, Mr Winters was very down to earth, cheerful, friendly and respectable which was also very impressive. This law firm, their work and attentiveness to clients is the best I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them. The entire process was made as painless as possible! Matt was fantastic at keeping up to date follow ups and next steps. All my questions continuously answered and more. Assisted in more than just my injury claim - bridged the gap of miscommunication between myself and the at-fault insurance regarding payout for the vehicle when my calls were getting dodged. Winters & yonker!!!! Are the most knowledge Attorneys in the bay area for all your personal injury cases and or Auto accident injuries. Danica And Matt got right on the case and within 2-3 months the case was settled and payout ended up being the max pay which was great. Whole process was a breeze and I will forever recommend winter&yonker they're literally the best. Thank you guys

My experience with Winters and Yonker was excellent from beginning to end. Mr. Smith explain details to me in a simple way. I didn’t have any worries with insurance company, they took care of everything, so I could just worry about getting better. They were all extremely courteous and professional threw the whole process with me, but aggressive with insurance company. I totally recommend them.
