Very nice and polite staff, NOT a nice haircut on Wilson. Edit as of March 11th, 2025: I brought my dog, Wilson, to Yuppy Puppy Groom & Board LLC, on March 7th, 2025 for a grooming session, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. While I requested a short haircut, what Wilson received was far from acceptable—it was almost a full shave. A proper puppy cut should still maintain an even and soft look, but this grooming job was uneven, poorly executed, and lacked any professional polish. His fur is patchy in places, the blending is nonexistent, and his overall appearance is so awkward that it’s almost embarrassing to walk him in public. To make matters worse, someone even asked today when I was walking with him, if Wilson was sick because of how he looks now. This is heartbreaking because Wilson is a sweet, well-behaved dog who makes grooming easy for anyone willing to take their time. Despite the staff being polite and courteous, it doesn’t justify the poor quality of the cut. The lack of attention to detail and care is evident in every aspect of this grooming session. At this point, I’m left trying to figure out how to make Wilson look better or considering taking him to another groomer to pay for a second haircut in less than a week (plus tip, of course) —though there’s very little fur left to work with. I will probably need to wait for a month or two until his fur is long enough that it can be shaped again. Furthermore, Wilson dewclaws where not trimmed. This has been a very disappointing experience. I had high hopes for Yuppy Puppy Groom & Board LLC, but this experience has left me and my family very upset. Wilson deserves better, and so do we as paying customers. I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.

My dog Lexi is a certified service dog. We had to leave her there for two nights it was killing me to do it ended up she was in safe hands. Lexi is an Akita 110lbs I brought her back the next day for a complete bath.

What a great find! I was desperately trying to find a good place to get my mini goldendoodle her first haircut. I stumbled upon Yuppy Puppy and I’m so thankful! They were able to squeeze her in right away too. She was so happy when I went to get her and she looked beautiful and well pampered!

We’re taking care of our “grand dog” for a few weeks and she was starting to smell.She is a senior German Shepherd with mobility issues and weighs about 90 lbs. She is also fearful of new places. Karen and Kristina at the Yuppy Puppy were wonderful with her! I’m a former dog owner and the brush, bath, ears and nails are among the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you Yuppy Puppy for taking such good care of our dog and giving her the spa treatment this grand old lady dog deserves!

My little Oreo went there for a full groom and he looks fabulous. His hair is soft and they did trim exactly how I asked. I highly recommend this place My puppy is drama queen and they had a lot of patience!!! Going forward they will be my regular groomer. Thank you !!
